Dr. Platt and his staff should be the example in which every medical facility operates. I have never seen such friendly, caring, compassionate, kind and knowledgeable individuals working together to assure that the patient is as comfortable as possible in every regard. I was dealing with quite a bit of anxiety regarding this procedure. From the moment that I set up the appointment until the completion of the procedure, every person in this office with whom I had any contact went above and beyond my expectations. They were very helpful in calming my anxiety, while patiently answering any questions that I had. They provided full detail in what I could expect from the procedure, as well as the recovery. Dr. Platt is an amazingly skilled surgeon. While I'm certain that my procedure was not a simple one, it went quickly and I was very comfortable throughout the duration of it. Dr. Platt has a "chair side" manner in which you are immediately assured that everything is going to be ok. It was....and I am so grateful.
