I am the poster child for dental anxiety, so having my first ever molar extraction on a tooth that went bad after many years of having a root canal was frightening. I had been in pain for several days. My general dentist recommended that I have the tooth extracted after a root canal retreatment didn't work. I was so hesitant and anxious, but the pain finally got the best of me. Dr. Platt was able to see me the same day that my general dentist called his office. My anxiety was through the roof, but the entire process, from the front desk to the actual extraction, was seamless. Dr. Platt was able to ease my anxiety, which is no easy task. He removed the tooth, and it was absolutely pain free. I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Platt and his wonderful staff for any future dental needs. Thank you so much Dr. Platt, Ashley, and Tanya. I truly appreciate all of you, and the wonderful way in which you treat all patients, especially ones like me who are extremely nervous and anxious about even stepping foot into a dental office.
